ToolStack provides free online developer tools accessible via usetoolstack.tools. All tools run client-side in your browser — your data is processed locally and is never sent to our servers.

3. Permitted Uses

You may use ToolStack for:

• Personal development and learning
• Professional work and projects
• Software testing and debugging
• Data transformation and conversion

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Overwhelm the Service with excessive requests (rate limiting applies to API)
• Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use credit card numbers generated by the Fake Credit Card Generator for any real transaction
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. User Data

You retain full ownership of any data you enter into ToolStack tools. Since all processing is client-side, we never access, store, or transmit your tool inputs. You are solely responsible for your data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by ToolStack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Tool logic is open source and available on GitHub.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLSTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is $0 for free users).

API access (when available) is subject to rate limits. Free tier: 100 requests/day. Pro tier: 1,000 requests/day. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary blocking. Repeated abuse may result in permanent account termination.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
